Eyvo welcomes new publishing client

Eyvo are thrilled to announce a major new client in the international publishing space – This client with a market cap of $1.5Bn will be using Eyvo eBuyerAssist procurement platform across 3 legal entities and separate user groups distributed over 3 centers including an internation location.

Eyvo were chosen because we ‘checked all the boxes’ according to the finance director.

With the main focus on the production of multi-level approved requisitions, RFQ’s, RFP’s, RFI’s and the eventual purchase orders – we will bring badly needed organizational structure and more effective management reporting to the end users and senior management team.

Large use has been made of the punch out module and a big on-boarding effort has been undertaken by the client to get all their existing vendors to become involved – as part of this process Eyvo has become certified Punchout partners to a host of new vendors like OfficeDepot, CDQ, Grainger, Amazon, McMaster to name just a few.

At time of writing this article Eyvo still includes the punch out module at no additional cost and does not charge extra for any vendors to join.
